Batch File Import Validation Results

PAS pulls the Network IDs from the selected file and checks  for a match with a valid PAS account. Validation results include:

• Passed - Number of records with network IDs that could be matched to a valid account. This count includes duplicate and inactive records.
• Duplicate - Records with network IDs repeated by another record in the file. The duplicated network ID will only be processed by the PAS Batch job once. These records are all counted in the Passed total.
• Inactive - Records with a network ID associated with an account that is inactive. These records will only be processed by the PAS Batch job if the batch action is to remove authorizations. If the PAS Batch job is adding or replacing authorizations then the inactive records are skipped.
• Invalid - Records with a network ID that could not be matched to a valid account. These records are skipped by the PAS Batch job.
