Work With Indications, Diagnoses, and Uses—Reports

• If you haven't already, open the editor

• Add a new indication

• Edit the description of an existing indication

• Change the indications associated with a diagnosis

• Change the Diagnosis Type to Non-Oncology

• Reports: Diagnoses, indications, diagnoses for each indication, or indications for each diagnosis

1. Click the Reports tab.

2. Click to check one or more reports:

• Indications—all indications listed

• Diagnoses—all diagnoses entered in the chemo builder

• Indications with associated diagnoses—All of the diagnoses associated with each indication, alphabetical by indication

• Diagnoses with associated indications—All of the indications associated with each diagnosis, alphabetical by diagnosis

3. Click Run (ALT+R).

• Items in each report are numbered.

• The report text is exported to the Windows clipboard. You can paste the report into any editable electronic document, such as an email or text document.

• Audit use of the indications editor

• Click Exit (ALT+X) to close the editor, then Exit (ALT+X) to close the selector.
