Print a Blank Prescription Form For Non-Meds

1. If you haven't already:

• Select the patient.

• Click Face Sheet/ Discharge or Discharge.

• Click the Medications folder.

2. Click Print Blank Non-Med Rx.

3. If you made no changes to any part of the discharge forms, click Exit to close the function. Otherwise, click OK to sign your changes and additions to the discharge orders.

• Non-medication prescription forms are clearly marked to prevent use for medication prescriptions. See Printing Prescriptions.
