The background color for the UCM, sessions, and orders lists in Ambulatory Chemotherapy are based in the site (not white, as seen in inpatient Provider Order Entry). See Switching Sites.
The list of patients displayed on the UCM for a particular ambulatory infusion unit is determined by the visit location entered when the order are written, the initial visit date, and the dates of sessions created by the dosing schedule. For example, if the orders were assigned to Yawkey 8 Adult Infusion for a visit date of June 9th, with chemo ordered on days 1,4,8,12,15,and 19, the patient will appear on the UCM in the Yawkey 8 Adult Infusion Unit on 6/9, 6/16, and 6/23. Orders for the 9th will include days 1 and 4; those for the 16th include days 8 and 12; for the 23rd, days 15 and 19.
