RN Sign Off on a Blood Product Consent Record

• If you haven't already:

1. Select the patient.

2. Click Amb Blood Consent (ALT+B).

• A list of the patient's existing consent forms is displayed. To access the open form:

1. Click or press the down arrow then SPACEBAR to highlight the appropriate line for the open consent form.

2. Click OK (ALT+O).

• To update and save the record:

1. Click Sign Rn (ALT+R).

2. Type your signing key when prompted.

3. Click OK (ALT+O).

4. When prompted, click OK (ENTER) to close the confirmation message.
