Blood Products—DFCI Transfusion Reaction Workup

• If you haven't already:

1. Select the patient.

2. Click Write (ALT+W).

3. Click Blood Products (ALT+B).

4. Click DFCI Transfusion Reaction Workup (ALT+W).

• Complete the form

5. Click OK (ALT+O). This order form provides instructions on handling suspected reactions.

• Write additional orders as needed, then sign the session.
