Search the Chemo Builder to Replace a Medication

 

Only medications added to the Chemo folder are included in this search.

  1. Type or paste the medication to search for in the Med Name field. Generic and brand names are both included in the search results.

  2. Type or paste the route. Search results list only medications with a route that includes an exact match.

  3. Type or paste the unit of measure. Search results list only medications with a unit of measure that includes an exact match.

  4. In the Dosed by field, type or paste the method by which the dose is determined; for example, mg for a fixed dosing by milligrams, or mg/m2 for a dosing calculation based on the patent's BSA. Search results list only medications dosed by a method that is an exact match.

  5. Type or paste the standard dose. Search results list only medications with a dose that includes an exact match of the entire number and/or dosing unit.

  6. To limit the results, type or paste the frequency. Search results list only medications with a frequency that includes an exact match.

  7. To limit the results, type or paste the Start Time.

  8. To limit the results, type a number and select a unit (Days, Weeks, or Months).

  9. To limit the results, type a number of doses.

  10. To limit the results, type or paste the text for instructions.

  11. Click Find (ALT+F).

  12. When prompted, type your signing key, then click OK (ALT+O).
