From the Unit Census Monitor, click Tools (ALT+L), then click Chemo Reports (ALT+M).
Click PTPR Editor (ALT+T).
Click Indications (ALT+I).
Click OK (ALT+O).
Click the Indications tab.
Click New (ALT+N) to clear the text entry field.
Type the text for the new indication.
Press ENTER or click Add (ALT+A).
Click Save (ALT+S).
You cannot delete an indication from the list. If you don't want to use it, simply remove its association from any diagnoses. (See Reports below to find out what diagnoses an indication is associated with.)
Click the Indications tab.
To select an existing indication for editing, click the item in the list, then click Edit (ALT+E).
Type the correct text.
Press ENTER or click Update (ALT+U).
Click Save (ALT+S).

Click the Diagnosis—>Indication Mapping tab.
Click an item on the left to select a diagnosis. Indications that are already associated with this diagnosis are checked in the list on the left.
Click to check or uncheck indications.
Click Save (ALT+S).

Click the Diagnosis —> Type Mapping tab.
Click to select the Non-oncology option.
Click Save (ALT+S).
Click the Reports tab.
Click to check one or more reports:
Indications—all indications listed
Diagnoses—all diagnoses entered in the chemo builder
Indications with associated diagnoses—All of the diagnoses associated with each indication, alphabetical by indication
Diagnoses with associated indications—All of the indications associated with each diagnosis, alphabetical by diagnosis
Click Run (ALT+R).
Items in each report are numbered.
The report text is exported to the Windows clipboard. You can paste the report into any editable electronic document, such as an email or text document.
Click the Audit tab.
The audit is updated every time someone saves in the editor.
The audit trail lists each addition or change individually; several edits might be completed before saving.
Each item includes the name of the user who was logged in when edits were saved, the date saved, and a description of the edit.
To refresh the list, click another tab, then click the Audit tab.
Click Exit (ALT+X) to close the editor, then Exit (ALT+X) to close the selector.
