If you haven't already, click Chemo View (Historical) to display the chemo order history. The button is available from most chemo order entry displays.
By default, the list includes chemo order sessions that were activated in the last 6 months from every site using DFPCC Chemo Order Entry, sorted by activation date, most recent to oldest. For the selected patient, the COE view includes:
all chemotherapy and chemo-related (chemo session #2 and #3) orders
all non-chemo (session #1) orders
all outpatient orders written in the ambulatory COE system
To change the list:
If only dated order sessions are visible, click Show Filter and Sort Options.
To limit the list to selected types of orders from selected sites, click to check one or more checkboxes in the Sites to View section.
To display only chemotherapy and related orders, or only supportive orders, click to select the option in the Orders to View section.
To change the time frame, click to select an option in the Date Range to View section.
To group the sessions by regimen or protocol, click to select the option in the Sort by section.
To provide additional space for the list, click Hide Filter and Sort Options.
To display orders:
For all sessions, click Expand All Categories. To show only sessions, click Collapse All Categories.
For any one session , click 
to the right of the activation date. To hide the orders, click
to the right of the activation
date. To show only sessions, click Collapse
All Categories.
To display details of an order:
Click to select the order, then click Zoom.
To return to the list, click Close.
To return to chemo order entry, click Close.
