If you haven't already:
Click Tools (ALT+L) on the main order entry window.
Click Reports (ALT+S).
Click PAML Activity Report (ALT+P).
Set up the report:
The default patient group is by care unit. Click the Med Team Groups option to change this.
Click to check (include) or uncheck (leave out) a care unit or med team from the report. With the care unit option, test patients are included by default for users with IS authorization. You can select an entire med team group, or click to display and select /deselect individual teams.
The default report includes all patients, regardless of their PAML status. To limit the list, click the option Patients with not started/in progress PAMLs.
To display the report, click Display PAML Activity (ALT+D). This will clear any previous results before generating another report.
The default sort is by care unit and room number, or by med team group then by location, as applicable to the report search parameters. To sort by name, MRN, status, or another result, click the column heading.
To print or save the report:
To send the results to a spreadsheet, formatted as displayed, click Import to Excel (ALT+I). Save from Excel.
To generate a paper copy, click Print (ALT+P).
Return to the UCM:
Click Exit (ALT+E) to close the report.
Click Back to UCM Options (ALT+B) to return to the Tools options.
Click Exit to UCM Options (ALT+X) to return to the UCM.
