Print a Restraints Report (QA)

This report is intended for Quality Assurance. It includes all restraint orders on the care unit for the last 30 days.

• If you haven't already:

1. Click Tools (ALT+L) on the main order entry window.

2. Click Reports (ALT+S).

3. Click Restrains Report (ALT+S).

• To generate the report:

1. Click Refresh (ALT+R).

2. Orders are sorted by the date and time they were written. To sort by location, MRN, patient name, expiration date and time, or ordering clinician, click the heading for the column.

3. To generate a paper copy, click Print (ALT+P).

• To view details of an order, select its line in the list, then click Zoom (ALT+Z). Click Close (ALT+C) to return to the report.

• To return to the UCM:

1. Click Close (ALT+C) to close the report.

2. Click Back to UCM Options (ALT+B) to return to the Tools options.

3. Click Exit to UCM Options (ALT+X) to return to the UCM.
