Order Chemotherapy—Reason For Omitting Chemo

You have unchecked or canceled out of an order that is defined as required by the treatment.

1. Type a reason for omitting the order.

2. Click OK (ALT+ O).

3. If you do not want to omit the order, click to check the order in the list, and enter any data that you are prompted for.
