Discharge medications -- The dose, date, and time of the last administration imported directly from the eMAR

The dose, date, and time of the last administration for each medication at discharge is drawn from the eMAR (electronic medication administration record).  

Key Features:

• Manual edits to these discharge notes will NOT carry back to the inpatient record.

• You can record missing administrations and amend administration records in the eMAR to update the discharge orders as needed.
