Nutrition Consult Report

This report is limited to DFCI sites. Access is limited to authorized staff.

• If you haven't already, open the report setup:

1. Click Chemo Options (ALT+M).

2. Click Nutrition Consult Report.

3. When prompted, type your signing key, and click OK (ALT+O).

• Generate the report:

1. Enter dates in the Starting and Ending Date fields.

2. Click Print Report (ALT+P) to generate a paper copy.

• Close the report setup:

1. Click Exit (ALT+X) to return to the Chemo Options.

2. Click Back to UCM Options (ALT+B).
