Generate a Report of Epoetin/Darbepoetin Orders

Orders are listed for the site where the report is generated.

• If you haven't already, open the report setup:

1. Access reports and options:

• Inpatient UCM: Click Tools (ALT+L), then click Chemo Reports (ALT+M).

• Ambulatory UCM: Click Chemo Options (ALT+M).

2. Click Epo/Darbe Report.

3. When prompted, type your signing key, and click OK (ALT+O). Access is limited to authorized staff.

• Set the parameters: Enter dates in the Starting and Ending Date fields. Decision support for these orders began on 6/23/2004—the report cannot go back any earlier.

• Generate the report:

• Click Print Report (ALT+P) to generate a paper copy.

• Click Export to File (ALT+E) to generate a spreadsheet of the data.

• Close the report setup:

1. Click Exit (ALT+X) to return to Chemo Reports (inpatient) or Chemo Options (ambulatory).

2. Click Back to UCM Options (ALT+B).
