View and Print a Pharmacy Report of Chemotherapy Pending Activation

This report is restricted to authorized users.

• If you haven't already, to display the report setup window:

• For inpatients, click Tools (ALT+L), then click Chemo Reports (ALT+M).

• For outpatients, click Chemo Options (ALT+M).

• Generate the report:

1. Click Pharmacy Print (ALT+R).

2. If needed, change the default date.

3. Click View (ALT+V) to review the report.

4. Click Print (ALT+P) to generate a paper copy.

• Return to the UCM:

1. Click Exit (ALT+X) to return to the Chemo Reports/Options.

2. Click Back to UCM Options (ALT+B).

3. For inpatients, click Exit to UCM Options (ALT+X).
