Select a Weight Option For Total Dose Calculation

1. If you haven't already, click Body Weight Options on the Chemo Medication form.

2. Click to select a single option for calculating the total dose.

3. For dosing based on a dosing weight (entered by the provider when ordering), click to check Frame Size if needed. When Frame Size is checked, the provider is required to select an option: Small, Medium, or Large.

4. For calculations dependent on percentages—the final two options—type the cutoff values for percentage as needed.
