The Clinical Data Repository (CDR) is a database of clinical information on Partners/Mass General Brigham patients. The IS Clinical Information team manages the integration of clinical laboratory results, text reports, and other data into the CDR in order to provide a longitudinal view of patient data that originate from ancillary systems at multiple Partners/Mass General Brigham entities. In addition, the team develops and implements systems for viewing date from the CDR and other sources.
Not all entities stored their clinical data in the CDR. In addition, some legacy data that pre-dates the implementation of Digital Health eCare is accessible to enterprise Health Information Management (HIM) and DFCI HIM via other data access systems.
