Consolidated Medications List Viewer (CMLV)
The CMLV view lists historical medications from OnCall and the , grouped by drug class.
Data for this view comes from legacy OnCall and LMR records, on or before 12/31/2018. Check the Epic Chart Review for current medications. Pharmacy Claims and Fill data is only available in EPIC; to access this report, go to Chart Review > Misc Reports > Medication Dispense History.
- To display this view, click the CMLV option on the PHS Viewer menu.
- To filter your list to exclude any source, click to deselect the check box at Available Sources.
The application includes columns for , Source, and Date. PRN Medications (those given “as needed”) and Uncoded or Free Text medications are grouped separately from other meds. (Uncoded or Free Text medications include medications for which it is unclear whether the frequency is PRN.)
- Duplicate or similar medications are nested within the most recent instance. When applicable, click
to display older instances for specific medications, or click the Expand All check box to show older instances for all.
- To sort the list by date (most recent first), click to clear the Group By Drug Class check box. The list can then be sorted by medication or source by clicking the column header. Click the column header again to reverse the sort order.
- To include inactive medications from the LMR and MGH OnCall application, click the associated check box.
- To display the detail view for a medication from the , click the medication description. To display details of an alert, click
in the Alert column; click Close to return to the detail display. To return to the CMLV, click Close on the detail view.
- For a version that can be saved or printed to paper, click the Print button.
