Overview of PO Statistics

PO Stats is restricted to authorized Privacy Officers at Mass General Brigham. The data is limited to your company/site(s). (POs for multiple companies: select a company from the Selected Audit drop-down list at the top.) The view includes four (4) sections:

• PO information - your name, company, and the end date of the current (if open) or previous (if closed) audit.
• Manager Impact Statistics

• Progress bar - depicts the percentage (%) of managers at your company/site(s) who have completed audits vs. % who have not
• Notified - the number of managers notified that an audit is required
• Completed - the number of managers who have completed their audits and so are compliant
• Not Completed - the number of managers who have not completed their audits and so are not compliant

• Employee Impact Statistics

• Progress bar - depicts the percentage (%) of eligible employees at your company/site(s) who have been reviewed  vs. % who have not been reviewed
• Notified - the number of eligible employees whose managers have been notified that an audit is required
• Completed - the number of eligible employees whose managers have completed their audits
• Not Completed - the number of eligible employees whose managers have not completed their audits

• Authorization Impact Statistics

• System Reviewed - Clinical systems requiring annual audit
• No Change  - number of employees reviewed and not changed
• Reviewed-Removed - number of employees reviewed and removed
• Remain - number of employees remaining to be reviewed
• Total - total number of employees with access

POs can generate lists of their managers who are in compliance or not in compliance, and generate an email to selected managers from the list. The lists include the following information:

• Name (managers name, last, then first)
• Company
• Job title (from PeopleSoft) and Mass General Brigham phone number
• Number of direct reports
• Number of reports audited by this manager
• Number of reports delegated to another manager
• Number of delegations received from another manager.
