If a patient has medical record numbers at multiple Partners entities, you can view them in the CAS. After selecting the patient, click the MRN field at the top of the screen (to the right of the patient name). If MRNs are available at other sites, the system displays them in the drop-down list.
Note: Additional MRNs, such as Associated, Previous, Mother's, Potential Duplicates, and Shared Care MRNs, when available, are listed in Patient Detail. To access Patient Detail, click the Pt Details button at the top right of the CAS.
