Viewing Care Team Detail

• View a list of the patient's Care Team members, including name, department, and role.

• Access a Care Team member's PPD entry by clicking the name link. From the PPD entry, you can send a page, obtain phone and fax numbers, etc.

• Add and remove Care Team members.

• Send an email to one or more Care Team members. This is useful when, for example, you want to communicate to Care Team members that a family meeting is scheduled or the patient is being discharged.

• Print a Care Team report that identifies the Attending Physician, Primary Care Physician, and current Responding Clinician. You can give this report to the patient or patient's family to make them aware of the providers involved in the patient's care.

• View and print a Responding Clinician History report. The report lists the Responding Clinicians who cared for the patient during a specified time period. Responding Clinician data is available starting from the date on which the Responding Clinician functionality was implemented for the applicable Service.

Access Responding Clinician History. History is available starting from the date on which the Responding Clinician functionality was implemented for the applicable Service. All other functionality is disabled.

View a list of MGH ED Care Team members. The list includes the Area Attending, PCP, and Responding Clinician only. The ED location and phone number are shown above the list. You can use the Email button to send a message to one or more Care Team members.

Notes: You cannot add or remove MGH ED Care Team members. Responding Clinician History does not include MGH ED Responding Clinicians.
