The Time Frame setting (lower right corner) tells the system how far back in time to look for data.
Most Recent (initial default setting) – Ensures that you see the latest activity (such as the posting of a new specimen or report, or a status change for a previously posted item) for the selected clinical datatypes as well as for Discharge Summaries and Operative Reports. Most Recent displays data from the date of the last activity plus 1-4 weeks to keep intact the relationship between potentially related results.
# Hours, Weeks, Months, Years – Retrieves data for the specified amount of time back from the current date/time.
All Data – Retrieves all available data regardless of date.
Custom – Allows you to specify a date range.
To change the time frame setting, click the Time Frame field (lower right corner); then select an option from the drop-down list. Your selection remains in effect as you move from tab to tab in the current session.
Note:
It may take a few moments for the system to reload data after you change the Time Frame.
Time Frame does not apply to the Last Known Values, Report Mgmt, LMR Summary, and Links tabs.
When you log back on to Results, the Time Frame reverts to the default setting. You can change the default in CAS Options.
