The Big Board tab periodically checks for updated results and automatically refreshes the data. An automatic refresh occurs at least once every three minutes for most result types, including all labs. For the remaining result types, an automatic refresh occurs approximately every 20 minutes.
To manually check for new results (and, if applicable, changes to list membership), access the Big Board; then click Refresh in the upper right corner.
Note: The Results Viewer always displays current information at startup and whenever you select a new patient.
