Printing problems may result from any of the following:
You did not properly select the specimen or report you want to print. For tabs that include an index and detail, detail must be displayed. For the Labs tab, you must highlight an entire column on the grid by clicking the column header.
Problems with the printer. Be sure that the printer is online, that there is paper, and that there is no paper jam.
Problems with your printer setup. In general, the CAS applications print to the default printer for the workstation. Check the default printer settings. For more information, click here for instructions on how to view Windows Help topics.
Problems with installed controls. If you have a new or recently rebuilt PC, you may be missing downloaded files. Click the following button to run a setup program that can add the necessary files to your workstation.
