NSMC - Includes chemistry, hematology, and immunology (since 7/14/05). Operative reports and discharge summaries are available (since 7/25/05) and radiology reports (since 9/20/05). Use the Net Access system for all other clinical data.
NWH - Includes chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, radiology, cardiology, discharge summaries, and operative reports (since 1/99). Use the NWH Meditech system for all other clinical data.
SRN (includes SRH and SHC)
- SRH: Includes chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, radiology, cardiology, and discharge summaries (since 7/02). Use the Meditech system for all other clinical data.
- SHC: Includes chemistry, hematology, and immunology (since 11/1/09). Use the Meditech system for all other clinical data.
ExtData - Includes limited clinical data for PHS-affiliated sites. Use the existing reporting system for all other clinical data.
MEEI - Includes operative reports, discharge summaries, and radiology reports for patients registered on/after 5/1/06. Use the SMS reporting system for all other clinical data.
MVH - Includes chemistry, hematology, immunology (since 8/9/11), radiology (since 9/29/11), and microbiology (since 7/16/09). Use the current reporting system for all other clinical data.
