Product Cell Count update - impacts

Impact on Biotherapy orders:

• Historical data will not be converted and will continue to use the prior cell count nomenclature, e.g., 1.0 x 10e6.
• Pending BOE orders will not be converted and continue to use the prior cell count nomenclature throughout the completion and finalization of the order.
• New BOE orders will use the new cell format.

Impact on template building:

• New versions of all active templates will be generated automatically, pending activation,  to use the corrected cell count format. Copies will be stored in the Pending Activation > Pending New Cell Counts Approval / Activation queue. Each copy will require a review of clinical content, then activation. Previous versions of the templates require inactivation or deletion.
• Templates that are started or pending activation will automatically be updated to use the new cell count nomenclature on edit or activation.
• Templates re-activated from the archive will be automatically updated to use the new cell count nomenclature.
