Search by Name

This search uses the name of a protocol, treatment plan, default group, or template as criteria. Once you find it, you can go to the item in the builder, copy the search criteria and results to a spreadsheet or PDF, or view and print details of a template.

If you haven't already, access the builder.
1. Log on to Biotherapy Tools.
2. Hold the mouse pointer over the Protocol/Treatment Plan tab.
3. Mouse over to the specialty you want, Oncology or Non-Oncology, and then click the Builder/Editor option.
1. If you want to search for inactivated templates, click Archive.

To search by name:

Click the type of template you're looking for in the builder tree: Protocols, Treatment Plans, or Default Groups.
In the pop-up menu (bottom right), click Find by type of template or Template Name (where type of template is Protocol, Treatment Plan, or Default Group).
In the Search Criteria pane, click to select an option: Search type of template or Search by Template Name.
Type the text to search for. Capitalization does not matter. The search looks for the exact sequence anywhere in the name of the protocol, treatment plan, default group, or template (depending on your selection in step 1).
Click Find.

Results include the protocol/treatment plan/default group name, product cell type, and name of the template. For protocols, treatment plans, and default groups containing more than one template, each template is listed individually.

To copy the search criteria and results to a spreadsheet:

Click Export to Excel.
When prompted to open or save the xls file:

To open the spreadsheet of search results in Excel, click Open.
To download the spreadsheet to your device, click Save. See Working with Downloaded Files.
To save the file to another location, click the to the right of Save and then click Save As. Browse to the folder you want, then click Save.
To open the spreadsheet automatically after downloading to your device, click the to the right of Save and then click Save and Open.

To generate a PDF document of the search criteria and results:

Click Print All Results.
When prompted, click Print.
At the notification that a PDF was created, click OK. The document opens in a PDF reader in Internet Explorer.

To view details of a template or print a template:

Click to select the line for a template in the list.
In the pop-up menu (bottom right), click Zoom on this template.
The viewer opens.

To generate a paper copy or print to PDF, click Print. When prompted, select a printer and then click Print.
To display the most recent content (when changes were made while the viewer is open), click Refresh.

To return to the search page, click Close.

To select a template in the builder:

Click to select the line for a template in the list.
In the pop-up menu (bottom right), click Go to this item.

To return to the builder without selecting a template, click Cancel.
