- Complete and submit the Contact Us form to create a service ticket for the 4Next support team.
- All fields are required. Your name and contact information is pulled from your 4Next user profile.
- Click to select an option from the Type of Problem drop-down list.
- Type a description of the problem you're having.
- Click submit. Once the service ticket is sent:
- A message displays to indicate that your request was sent.
- If you need to send another ticket, click Contact Us. Otherwise, use the main navigation to continue.

4Next support hours:
- Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Weekend & holiday on call for patient-care critical issues only 8:30am – 5:00pm
Response time for patient-care critical issues is 10 minutes. For all other issues, 4Next support will respond to your ticket within 1 business day.
