Review bed availability for inpatient providers

• If you haven't already, click  Providers  on the main menu, and then click the Bed Availability option.

Reviewing bed availability

• Bed availability lists providers that have updated their information within the last 7 days.
• By default, the list of all providers is displayed. To view only Spaulding sites, click view srn only. To show every provider, click view all.
• The list includes the following information:

• Provider name
• Number of beds available
• Programs, infections, and sex for the available beds
• Percent of beds occupied
• Date the information was updated

• By default, the list is sorted alphabetically by provider name.

• To sort by number of beds available, percent of beds occupied, or the date the information was updated, click the column heading.
• To reverse the sort order, click the heading again.
