In the Cases Sent view in 4Next standalone, you can select a name from the view by list drop-down list to limit the cases to the ones that are owned or co-owned by the person you chose. You must also be an owner or co-owner to receive notifications for a case. Anyone who is authorized to manage cases in 4Next can work with any case for their site(s), regardless of ownership.
