Manage co-ownership for multiple cases

  • In the Cases Sent view in 4Next standalone, you can select a name from the view by list drop-down list to limit the cases to the ones that are owned or co-owned by the person you chose. You must also be an owner or co-owner to receive notifications for a case. Anyone who is authorized to manage cases in 4Next can work with any case for their site(s), regardless of ownership.

  • With this utility, you can assign or remove co-ownership to one user for more than one case at a time. Cases are listed for the selected current owner, and one or more can be re-assigned to another owner who is authorized for the site.
  • If you haven't already, click  Management menu drop arrow on the main menu, and then click the option to Manage Co-Ownership.
