Adding and removing providers from your ❤ Favorites
Favorite providers are listed under the patient information card in the case view, on the ❤ Favorites tab. From there, you can easily add the provider to the case as a draft referral, or quickly send the referral.
- While selecting providers for a referral or searching for providers, to add the provider to your ❤ Favorites list, click ♡ on the upper right of the provider card. Click ❤ to remove the provider from your ❤ Favorites.
- Because the item name is required to send a referral for Medical Equipment, you cannot add Medical Equipment providers to your favorites.
- To remove a provider from your ❤ Favorites list when you're managing a case, click ⋮ for the provider you want, and then click the Remove Favorite
option.
