Searching for cases by patient (Cases Sent)

• To see all cases without the inactive statuses limitations, for all sites you're authorized to view, remove all filters and then search by patient.

1. If you haven't already, click Cases Sent on the main menu. 
2. Click to clear all filters from the list.
3. In the fields above the list, filter by MRN (recommended) or name:

• To filter by MRN, type in the MRN field.
• To add a name filter, type the patient's last name.

4. Press ENTER. Any patients matching the MRN or name you entered are displayed in the list. All cases are shown, regardless of status, or all sites you're authorized to view.
