Remove draft provider referrals
- If you haven't already, from 4Next standalone:
- Click Cases Sent on the main menu.
- Click the patient name to select a case.
- If you haven't already, from DHeCare (Epic Hyperspace):
- Log in to the Case Management or Care Coordinator module.
- From the patient encounter, click the 4Next tab.
- Click to display the case management view.
Removing a provider's draft referral
Click ⋮ in the upper right of the provider item, and then click the Remove Referral option. (The option isn't available if the referral is already sent.)
- The referral is flagged as
Removed. -
Retracted and Removed providers are still selected for the case, and can't be re-selected when you search for providers for a need. If you want to see these providers, filter the referrals to
show providers with an Inactive status.
