Case Statuses in Cases Sent
The status of a case in 4Next is updated as referrals are sent, offers are made and accepted, needs are finalized, or the case is canceled.
Active case statuses
New - case created, no referrals sent
In process - at least one (1) referral request has been
Sent, no needs are
Awaiting to confirm, and there is at least one (1) need that doesn't have an
Accept Offer
Note that canceling and then reopening a case changes the status to In process.
Awaiting to confirm - for a need that doesn't have an accepted offer, at least one (1) referral is
Offered by the provider
Confirmed - for each need, one offered referral is an
Accept Offer
Inactive case statuses
Finalized - all needs are
Finalized and the case has been
Finalized
Canceled - case canceled by sender
Note that canceling and then reopening a case changes the status to In process.
