Case Statuses in Cases Sent

The status of a case in 4Next is updated as referrals are sent, offers are made and accepted, needs are finalized, or the case is canceled.

Active case statuses

  • New case icon New - case created, no referrals sent
  • In Process icon In process - at least one (1) referral request has been Sent icon Sent, no needs are Awaiting to Confirm icon  Awaiting to confirm, and there is at least one (1) need that doesn't have an Confirmed icon Accept Offer
    Note that canceling and then reopening a case changes the status to In process.
  • Awaiting to Confirm icon Awaiting to confirm - for a need that doesn't have an accepted offer, at least one (1) referral is Accepted icon Offered by the provider
  • Confirmed icon Confirmed - for each need, one offered referral is an Confirmed icon Accept Offer

Inactive case statuses

  • Case Finalized icon Finalized - all needs are Finalized icon Finalized and the case has been Case Finalized icon Finalized
  • Case Canceled icon Canceled - case canceled by sender
    Note that canceling and then reopening a case changes the status to In process.
